Jessica is a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kentucky. She specializes in pediatric feeding and orofacial myofunctional disorders and is also a certified lactation counselor. Jessica has completed continuing education courses focused on Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs), breastfeeding, oral motor dysfunction, myofunctional disorders, restrictive eating, and speech sound disorders. She is one of four PROMPT-trained therapists in Kentucky, Feed the Peds Certified, and an instructor for the TummyTime! Method and Dr. Yum’s Preschool Food Adventure. She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, private practice, and home health. Both of Jessica’s children had tongue and lip ties, breastfeeding difficulties, and chronic congestion, so she knows what it is like to be on the parent side of this work and has seen how wonderful it can be when treated properly. She loves helping families get to the root cause of their child’s feeding and speech difficulties and watching them thrive throughout treatment.

Favorite food, drink, and/or sweet treat: Chips and dip, La Croix, and classic cheesecake!

Fun/Interesting fact: Jessica met her husband when they were 19 years old, and they have now been together for over 15 years!

Hobbies/what you enjoy doing in your free time: After college, Jessica traveled Europe for a month before starting graduate school, and she loves traveling with her family. They refer to themselves as the “Road Warrior Hundleys!”
