OUR SERVICES

Kentucky Therapy Solutions is an outpatient clinic, offering lactation support, feeding therapy and speech therapy to families of infants and young children. Jessica Hundley, owner of KTS, is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Certified Lactation Counselor, specializing in diagnosis and treatment of breast and bottle feeding challenges, transitioning to solids, picky eating habits, and speech sounds disorders. We aim to provide compassionate, customized therapy geared toward generalization and carryover. Services are offered in a private office setting, and are tailored to include family/caregiver involvement for maximum generalization to all environments.

SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY

  • Lack of babbling and/or gesturing

  • Uses fewer than 20 words by 18 months, and less than 50 by age 2

  • Uses only a few sounds in all words

  • Unclear or immature speech

  • Not putting words together in phrases

  • Talks infrequently

  • Trouble using language socially

  • Trouble following simple directions

  • Difficulty recognizing letter sounds

LACTATION SUPPORT

  • Breast or Bottle Refusal

  • Mother reported nipple pain or trauma

  • Coughing, gagging or choking with feedings

  • Noisy feeding, clicking, or squeaking

  • Recurrent clogged ducts, mastitis or engorgement

  • Weak suction, milk leakage, or lip blisters

FEEDING THERAPY

  • Refuses to try new food
