Jessica is a board certified Speech Language Pathologist, who earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Kentucky. She specializes in pediatric feeding and orofacial myofunctional disorders, and is also a certified lactation counselor. Jessica has completed continued education courses with a focus on Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTS), Breastfeeding, Oral Motor Dysfunction, Myofunctional Disorders, Restrictive Eating, and Speech Sound Disorders. She is one of four PROMPT-trained therapists in Kentucky, Feed the Peds Certified, and an instructor for the TummyTime! Method and Dr. Yum's Preschool Food Adventure. ​ Jessica has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, schools, private practice and home health.
MALLORY LEET, M.S. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Mallory is a board certified Speech Language Pathologist, who earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky and graduate degree from the University of Cincinnati. She specializes in pediatric feeding and orofacial myofunctional disorders, including tethered oral tissues. Mallory has completed continued education courses with a focus on Tethered Oral Tissues (TOTs), Oral Motor Dysfunction, and Myofunctional Disorders. Mallory has worked in a variety of settings, including acute rehabilitation, schools, and private practice.
ERIN MUELLER, M.A. CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Erin is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her BS and MA degrees in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University. She specializes in speech sound disorders, language delays, and pragmatic language deficits. Erin is experienced working with a vast array of ages from toddlers in early intervention, school-aged children (K- 12th grade), and the geriatric population across various therapeutic settings. She is VitalStim certified and loves how her degree provides the opportunity to treat diverse populations with varying diagnoses.
ANN MCDONIEL, M.S. CCC-SLP/ATACP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Ann is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist who earned her BS and MS degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. She specializes in Assistive Technology, including Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Ann has experience working with children with learning differences and complex communication needs, including expressive and receptive language delays, speech sound disorders, and social language differences, across a preschool through high school-aged population. She completed certification as an Assistive Technology Specialist (ATACP) from California State University, Northridge. Ann has worked as an SLP in both rehab and school settings and as an Assistive Technology Specialist in a school setting.
RACHAEL POTTS, IBCLC
Lactation Consultant
Rachael is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). This is the highest designation in lactation support and requires significant education and hundreds of hours of practice. Lactation consultants help mothers navigate the challenges of breastfeeding but are also there to help you prepare and plan before lactation begins.
Rachael also has training in perinatal mental health, reflexology, the TummyTime!™ Method, craniosacral facial therapy, and infant massage instruction.
MADELYN HAUGHTON, MSW, CSW
Social Worker/Counselor
Maddie is a certified social worker (CSW) who earned her undergraduate degree in social work and psychology at the University of Kentucky, as well as her master's degree in clinical social work (MSW).

She has experience providing therapeutic services for children and families struggling with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and more. Additionally, she is skilled in utilizing basic modalities of treatment such as CBT, DBT, and the facilitation of support groups. Maddie is your go-to for maternal/perinatal mental health services, autism assessments, and more! She is thrilled to provide mothers and their babies with exceptional care in a private practice setting.
DR. TAYLOR SHELTON, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Taylor is a licensed Physical Therapist who earned her BS in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University and her doctorate from the University of Kentucky. She specializes in early intervention for rolling, crawling, and walking delays. She also has completed courses in torticollis/plagiocephaly treatment, positioning for infants and babies to optimize their environmental interaction, and reflex integration.
Taylor also works with older elementary and middle schoolers on endurance, fitness, and balance. She has worked in a variety of settings, including acute and chronic rehabilitation, schools, and private practices.

Kentucky Therapy Solutions is a growing Speech Therapy practice in Lexington, Kentucky. We have years of experience treating patients of all ages, although we specialize in early intervention (birth to three population), feeding therapy, myofunctional therapy, speech sound disorders, lactation support and group classes.
